COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
GRACE Church Bethlehem is a church with 150-year-old roots, infused with a pioneering spirit and calling. We recently moved into a new campus in the fastest-growing part of the Lehigh Valley. We are seeing God move in powerful ways in this exciting new season.

The Communications Coordinator supports church communication and ministry needs to further the mission and ministry of GRACE Church. Working with the Executive Creative Arts Director and other ministry staff and reporting to the Executive Coordinator for the Senior Pastor, this position executes the role through print, digital media, and administrative coordination to further the mission and ministry of GRACE Church.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design & Communications Production
- Design weekly and seasonal communication materials including bulletins, flyers, slides, signage, and digital assets
- Maintain visual consistency across all platforms in alignment with GRACE Church branding
- Prepare files for printing and coordinate with vendors or in-house printing processes
- Assist in creating content for web, email, and social media as needed
- Support special events and ministry initiatives with creative assets
Bulletin & Print Management
- Compile, format, and produce weekly church bulletins with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with Church Staff to gather necessary content and updates
- Manage printing schedules, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure high-quality output and troubleshoot basic printing issues
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide general administrative support to the church staff
- Coordinate the volunteer church receptionist team
- Assist with database entry, forms, and organization of digital assets
- Help coordinate logistics for services, events, and communications distribution
SKILLS
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required; Premiere/After Effects a plus)
- Experience in print design, layout, and file preparation
- Familiarity with office systems, databases, and general administrative workflows
- Working knowledge of Planning Center or similar church management software (preferred)
- Basic troubleshooting for printers and office technology
- Eye for design, typography, and visual communication
