The Site may allow you to submit content such as prayer requests, comments, testimonies, photos, registration details, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant GRACE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt the User Content for purposes related to our ministry — including in worship services, communications, livestreams, social media, and printed materials — unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

Worship services, events, and activities at GRACE may be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed. By attending or participating, you acknowledge that you may appear in such recordings, and you grant GRACE permission to use those recordings for ministry, promotional, archival, and educational purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify a staff member or contact us in advance.
Donations made through the Site are processed by third-party payment providers. By giving online, you authorize the applicable provider to charge the payment method you supply for the amount and frequency you select. Donations are generally non-refundable except in cases of clear error; if you believe a gift was made in error, please contact our office promptly so we can review.
GRACE Church Bethlehem is a religious organization, and contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We do not provide tax advice — please consult your tax professional. Year-end giving statements are made available through our office or giving platform.
All content on the Site that is not User Content — including text, sermons, sermon series guides, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, music, and software — is owned by or licensed to GRACE Church Bethlehem and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You are welcome to view, download, and share Site content for personal, non-commercial, ministry, and educational use, provided you do not modify it and you keep all copyright and other notices intact. You may not:
Sermons and worship music may include third-party copyrighted material used under license (for example, CCLI). Those licenses do not transfer to you.
The Site contains links to third-party websites, tools, and services — for example, online giving platforms, registration forms, livestream platforms, and social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by those services' own terms and privacy policies.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described there.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRACE Church Bethlehem disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRACE Church Bethlehem and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of revenue, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, our total liability for all claims related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and GRACE Church Bethlehem regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
