GRACE Church Bethlehem ("GRACE," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit www.gracecb.org and use our related online services, registration forms, livestream pages, and online giving tools (collectively, the "Site").
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.
You may provide information when you:
The information collected may include your name, address, phone number, email address, household and family information, date of birth, photographs, payment information (handled by our payment processors), and any other information you choose to share.
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies. This may include:
We may use Google Analytics or similar tools to understand how visitors use the Site. These tools may set cookies or use other tracking technologies.
We may receive information from third-party platforms we use to operate ministry — for example, our giving processor, registration form providers, livestream platform, email service provider, and social media platforms. The information we receive depends on your privacy settings on those platforms.
We use information to:
We treat prayer requests and pastoral communications with care. Unless you indicate otherwise, prayer requests submitted through the Site may be shared with our pastoral and prayer ministry teams. We do not publicly post prayer requests on the Site or social media without permission. If you ask that a request be kept confidential to a specific staff member or pastor, we will honor that request to the extent we are able under applicable law and church policy.
Protecting children is a priority for us. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Information about children — including kids' and student ministry registrations, camp sign-ups, and emergency contacts — is intended to be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, please contact us using the information at the end of this Policy and we will take steps to delete it.
Worship services, classes, events, and activities at GRACE may be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed, and those recordings may be posted on the Site, our social media accounts, or YouTube channel. By participating, you understand that you may appear in such recordings. If you would prefer not to be included — or have specific concerns about a child being recorded — please notify a staff member or contact us in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below.
We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate ministry — for example:
These providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to perform services for us.
Information may be shared internally with pastors, staff, ministry leaders, and approved volunteers to provide pastoral care, coordinate ministry, and operate programs.
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
In the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, dissolution, or transfer of ministry assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We may share information for any other purpose with your consent.

We may still send you transactional or administrative messages — for example, donation receipts, event confirmations, or pastoral care follow-ups — even if you have unsubscribed from marketing communications.
We keep information for as long as needed to operate ministry, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Donation records, in particular, are retained as required by IRS rules. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us right away.
