For those who are struggling with mental and emotional health concerns, you are not alone. Our Emotional Wellness Ministry is a place of refuge, love, and compassion where you can well qualified Christian people offering confidential services and resources.

FPCB’s Overcomers Outreach
FPCB’s Overcomers Outreach is a Christian 12-Step Addictions Support Group provides a safe, Christian environment to talk and be in fellowship with other Christians in recovery. Are you ready to allow God to free you from dependencies and compulsions? Do you strongly believe that Jesus is your higher power? Do you want to find peace of mind? Prayer and Share Together for Emotional Wellness
Two Christian support groups for Lehigh Valley women: one for women with loved ones who are struggling with emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar; and another for those who are afflicted themselves.
All women are invited to attend. The study will guide participants toward a way out of inauthentic, superficial spirituality to genuine freedom in Christ. This study is for every woman who thinks, “I can’t keep pretending everything is fine!” and who wants to discover the path to emotional health. For more information, contact Linda.
Emotional Wellness Support Partners
Sisters and Brothers in Christ trained in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, offer one-on-one, faith based, compassionate support for people experiencing mental or emotional health difficulties. For more information, contact Trish Fritz.

Serve Opportunities

Long-Term Serve Opportunities:
We are looking for anyone with a background or interest in serving or supporting people with emotional health needs, especially those who might help expand the ministry to serve the needs of children, teens and parents by creating support groups.
Professional Resource Listing:
Counselors, Social Workers and other mental health professionals who would like to become part of the network of Christian therapists, school, or agency professionals, who are included on the list of professional resources.
Resource Network
A network has been created, which currently includes:
- licensed professional counselors
- licensed social workers
- school psychologists
- school counselors
- community providers of mental health services for adults, children, and families
- a psychiatric nurse
- a parish nurse
- the facilitator of Prayer and Share Together (a support group for women who have loved ones struggling with emotional issues and also for those afflicted themselves.)
Additional providers are encouraged to contact team members if they would like to become part of the network team.
