Grace Men Bible Study – The Gospel of Mark

Wednesdays 7-8 am, September 22 – December 15

The Gospel of Mark is built around two questions: “Who is Jesus?” (his identity) and “Why did he come?” (his mission). This Fall Grace MEN will focus on the mission of Jesus as we study chapters 9 – 16 of The Gospel of Mark. The Wednesday morning gathering of GRACE Men is offered especially for men who are not currently part of a men’s group. For more information contact Mark Crumpler at

Women’s Wednesday Morning Inductive Bible Study

Joshua: “Entering Into His Promises”
Wednesdays 9:30 am -11 am, September 22 – November 17, 2021
Via Zoom

For forty years God’s people had wandered in the wilderness after being delivered from Egypt. They were slowly learning what it meant to trust God. At the death of Moses it seemed that God’s great promise of a homeland had failed. But God remained faithful, raising up Joshua who would lead the people to the land God had promised. This study will follow Joshua’s story and discover how God is ever true to his words. For more information contact Carol VanArtsdalen at

Midweek Bible Study – Abraham: Walking by Faith

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 pm, September 22 – December 15 (on Zoom)
Thursdays 11 am –12 pm, September 23 – December 16 (in-person @ Locust St.)

At age 75 Abraham was called to leave his home – his place and people – to go a land that God would show him. This call was an invitation trust, to walk by faith and walk with God. Remarkably, Abraham responded obediently and stepped out believing that God would be faithful. Abraham stands tall in scripture as our example of walking by faith. The Midweek Bible Class for the Fall of 2021 will follow his story in Genesis 12-22. For more information contact Mark Crumpler at

Dear Church Small Groups

Sundays 5:00-6:00 pm, October 24 – November 21 (on Zoom)

On Sunday, October 24th, we begin a new sermon series, “Dear Church” with small groups in conjunction. We will be in the Book of Revelation that starts with a letter to 7 churches, all in Asia Minor or modern-day Turkey. For every church, the letter looks the same. There is a praise for the church, there is a problem and there is a promise. Written so long ago, these letters ring true for us today. What did God want to say to the churches then… and what does he want to say to us?

Join a group on Sunday evenings to dig into these letters. If you are newer to GRACE, or don’t have a small group, this is a great chance to try one out.
